Standard
NRG wall bearings are of split construction to facilitate shaft removal
and installation. Cast iron, peak cap housing design prevents solids
build up. Bearings are self aligning with a metallic babbit insert
as standard. Inserts are machined to provide water lubrication, and
castings are supplied with a grease fitting for tank down time lubrication.
Bearings are also available in solid design, and can be furnished
with UHMW-PE linings for water treatment plants. Pillow block bearings
and take-up bearings
are also available. |
