NRG corrosion
resistant Non-Metallic 720 series sprockets are split for ease of
installation and removal. If wear becomes a problem on one side of
the teeth, these lightweight sprockets can be simply reversed for
twice the longevity. Standard NRG 720 sprockets incorporate the Hunting
Tooth (HT) design featuring an odd number of teeth and ½ the chain
pitch which also doubles sprocket life. NRG's 720 sprockets are offered
in UHMW-PE or Nylon-6 materials, with optional chainsaver rims, static
shaft bushings, and 316 ss hardware. UHMW-PE segmental sprocket teeth
on cast iron bodies or all cast iron sprockets are also available. |
