NRG's non-metallic return track and wall brackets are a lightweight corrosive resistant alternative to metal return guides and supports in a rectangular clarifier system. NRG's high strength pultruded fiberglass angle return track supports flights on their return run better than metal track, and unlike steel configurations they are easier to install, modify, and adjust. No painting or sealing of edges is necessary! Simply support the FRP angle with its UHMW-PE or Nylon wall brackets at 7 to 10 foot intervals with splice plates, stainless hardware, and anchor bolts. Wear strip can be easily fastened to the return track with ¼ stainless steel hardware for an ideal wearing surface. NRG can also furnish return track in carbon or stainless steel with metallic brackets if required.
